Preface: I have pleasure in commending this Cookery
Book and hope that it will be useful in many homes. Thanks are expressed to
all involved in its preparation and presentation, especially the famous and
not so famous who willingly supplied the recipes and to our missionary
Committee who obtained the recipes, compiled the booklet, and acted as
sellers for it. Thanks are conveyed to all who have purchased copies and who
