painted on a really old piece of wood, full of old woodworm, there is a signature but I can't make it out at all

another painting falling apart and a signature I can't make out (sorry its badly stitched together)

The Marquis of Donegall's Town House, Donegall Place 1808, in later years the Royal Hotel occupied these premises
