am keeping well. Weather is not very summer-like but it may improve before
the Festival begins. Already they are making preparations for the Tatoo. I

14th August (no year) from Johnston at Red Cross Hospital, Giza, Cairo,
Saturday to C. Murphy Esq., Main Street, Ballymoney - Am here with bullet
somewhere in my body, I was hit high on the right shoulder in an attack on a
____ near 971? I shall let you know the result of the x ray photo. At
present no one knows where the bullet is. I am very comfortable here but my
arm is still a bit stiff for writing. I was hit on Monday, got here last

to open it at once. It contains clothes ? and should be opened as soon as
possible. I got John's letter on Saturday night at ???? & glad to know all
