Taggart, Adaline Best and Edith Wylie.  SEND GREETING  Whereas, Allen Nixon, who resides at 1525 Ave. H, Brooklyn, N.Y., William Bailey, who resides at 481 Eighth Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., and David R. Logan, who resides at 54 Grandview Drive, Blue Point, N.Y., have presented a petition praying for a decree that a certain instrument in writing, relating to real and personal property, be duly proved as the Last Will and Testament of Sarah Beattie, lately residing at 155 De Kalb Avenue, Borough of Brooklyn, City of New York.  Now, therefore, you and each of you are hereby cited to show cause before our Surrogate's Court of the County of Kings, to be held in the Court Room in the County of Kings. on the 24th day of February, 1959, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon, why such decree should not be made.  In Testimony Whereof, we have caused the Seal of our said Surrogate's Court to be hereunto affixed.
