? William Pipe on the ball. Yep I guess it's a good band. Ya. It was formed & marched(?) in a day without a practise by the redoubtable Wm. Williamson (remember that Bimbo) That's going some. Believe me. It's some Band. (guessing name might be ? Wright or Williams or even Williamson and he is referring to himself above? very dim)
