Mrs. Mary Charlotte James, at present Head of History at Casterton School, has been appointed Head of Queen Ethelburga's from September, 1984, in succession to Mr. J. E. H. Kingdon who retires in April. Mrs. Susan Hopkinson, at present Deputy Head, will be acting Head for the Summer Term.
2) Milligan - February 17, 1983, at Hospital, Charles Forrest, O.B.E. (in his 95th year), dearly-loved husband of the late Margery and father of Eric. Funeral service in Hamilton Road Methodist Church, Bangor, on Monday, at 2-30 p.m., interment afterwards in Bangor Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, for Scanner Appeal and Jordanstown School for the Deaf, c/o Rev. S. Cleland, 9 Maxwell Park, Bangor. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing Son, Daughter-in-law Marion and Grandson Robert, 26 Shandon Park East, Bangor.
